Our Background
Our shopping center was built to serve small business owners who found themselves in need of a prominent location, a large space, but unable to afford typical retail locations because of high cost.
We refuse to charge the exorbitant costs found at most retail centers, as we want to help you get your dream started today! We've been doing business this way for over 30 years.

Our terms are very flexible, from month-to-month to extended long term of 5 years or more.
What utility services are available?
Electricity is provided by Dominion Energy, and is invoiced separately by us. High speed internet and TV is available through Spectrum, the 2nd largest cable provider in the US. Heat is provided by Columbia Gas.
Do you have a customer referral program?
Yes, a current tenant that refers a prospective tenant who successfully signs a new lease with us earns discounted rent!
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
We periodically offer Move-In Specials, and any promotions will be mentioned in the advertising or on this site when a space is available.
